Several homeowners have inquired as to the cost of our annual party.  Simply put, the entire party for 489 homes, costs each family less than a dollar per month.  Social event funding amounts to less than 3% of our annual budget.

Meetings are usually held on the second Tuesday of every month.

Since the sale of the Sable Landing Event Center, monthly Board meetings are held at the Carbon Valley Library.
